I have a tech wood plasma screen & it wont work?

I have a tech wood plasma screen & it wont work when it did the screen said serching for scarts now it doesent the green light is on the tuner box is on and thats it has anyone any answers ? has the screen gone? has the tuner gone? or has a componanent within gone that serchers for the scarts ???? can anyone please e mail with some answers thanks folk.     glenn,

    sounds like the media box has gone, so all you have now is a plasma monitor.

    techwood is made by hitachia, so contact them and get a new box.

    is the product new or have u got it second hand ? the reason i ask is that techwood is an “own brand” of currys-which may be helpfull if you didnt know-i would advise giving them a call so they can put you through to their technical guys.
