Does anyone know this sculptor, wood and metal works based on bird shapes?
While I was still at college one of the tutors showed me pictures of a set of works influenced by body shapes of birds. I think they were photographed next to dead birds! They were made out of wood and metal as far as I remember. I think the sculptor was british, possibly welsh, but not certain.
@Emi..very nice! It wasn’t him but thanks for the suggestion

Could it have been Guy Taplin?
He made some amazing sculptures of birds out or driftwood 🙂

I remember an artist named Christopher Halley or something with the last name “H.” He did several almost amorphic animal forms of birds and other water loving animals. These were very small and metal, but I haven’t seen any wooden ones. Good luck :p

I know this if off topic but I’m looking into starting my own blog and was curious what all is needed to get set up? I’m assuming having a blog like yours would cost a pretty penny? I’m not very web savvy so I’m not 100% sure. Any suggestions or advice would be greatly appreciated. Cheers
